Why weight matters
Stairs, curbs, and everyday obstacles are easily overcome.
With a weight of only 10,6 lbs rather than the standard 18 lbs, you’ll find it easy to lift up and down the stairs, in and out of buses and over the curb.
Oh, and let’s not forgot to mention that it has never been easier to lift a rollator in and out of your car.
Climbing hills and smaller gradients is smooth and hassle-free.
Shock-absorption and soft wheels
Whether you’re strolling down the street to enjoy a walk, do some shopping or headed to a dinner date, it’s important that the ride be comfortable.
The soft PU tires offers almost the same comfortable experience as pneumatic tires.
Enjoy a rest while taking in the view
The comfortable built-in seat offers a convenient on-the-go seat for short rests.
Easy to fold for transportation or storage.
So, whether you’re hopping on a bus, driving somewhere, or going through narrow doorways it only takes a soft lift with two fingers in the cut-out at the seat to unfold the rollator.
Upright posture
The Carbon Ultralight was designed with a physiotherapist to support an upright posture.
With the forward-facing handles you can pull the rollator close to your body and straighten back for a posture that puts minimal pressure on your shoulders, neck and back.
Easily adjustable handles
We’ve replaced the traditional knob with an easy push-button to quickly adjust the height of the handles.
There are 5 height settings with 3 cm (1") increments so you can easily find the height that suits you.
Brakes
The brake cables on the Carbon Ultralight are hidden in the frame. This adds to the clean, sleek and stylish design of the rollator and keeps the cables from getting caught on different obstacles alongh the way.
The brakes are easily activated. To roll, pull the lever up, to brake, push the lever down.
Driving abilities and prevention of unintended falls
The unique design and forward-facing handles support an upright posture, as the rollator can be drawn close to the body and provide support where you need it the most.
The lightness of the rollator and the excellent shock-absorption of the frame and wheel allow provide a smooth, effortless walk with minimal exertion.
Although primarily designed the Carbon Ultralight for the outdoors it also lends itself very well to indoor use. It easily glides over doorsteps and fits through standard size doorways.
Allergy certified
byAcre wants you to have fun and safe experiences with your rollator.
To protect your skin, byAcre has selected allergy friendly materials for those parts of the rollator with which you are in most contact.
Independent and accredited Tüv Institute conducted biological tests of the handles, brakes and seat to document their safety.
After vigorous testing for cytotoxicity, irritation, and sensibilities, byAcre is proud to offer you a rollator that is allergy certified.

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. But should you for any reason be unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them to Prairie Velo within 15 days of receiving the product. We provide a return label but you are responsible for the shipping charges. Those will be deducted from your refund.
The condition of the product
It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a condition where they can be resold without any depreciation of value. This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remains unstained, the wheels wiped clean from dirt and show no signs of wear.
In case of depreciation of value, the amount of the depreciation will be deducted in the refunded amount.
Packaging
The product must be returned in the original box with the original packaging.
Warranty
We offer *infinite warranty* on the rollator frame. Infinite warranty applies to the frame only. Infinite is defined as the lifetime of the original owner as long as the rollator is still in their possession.
The frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
For the other rollator parts, standard warranty terms apply. The general warranty period for the first owner is 12 months from the date of purchase. Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance neglect, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
