Prairie Velo uses a variety of shipping companies. Delivery time is generally 3-4 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. We provide a return label but you are responsible for dropping off the unit at the courier.
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. But should you for any reason be unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them to Prairie Velo within 15 days of receiving the product. We provide a return label but you are responsible for the shipping charges. Those will be deducted from your refund.
The condition of the product
It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a condition where they can be resold without any depreciation of value. This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remains unstained, the wheels wiped clean from dirt and show no signs of wear.
Packaging
The product must be returned in the original box with the original packaging.
Warranty
We offer *infinite warranty* on the rollator frame. Infinite warranty applies to the frame only. Infinite is defined as the lifetime of the original owner as long as the rollator is still in their possession.
The frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
For the other rollator parts, standard warranty terms apply. The general warranty period for the first owner is 12 months from the date of purchase. Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance neglect, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
