When we say the Carbon Overland is all-terrain, we mean ALL terrain.
It doesn’t just perform superbly on rough terrain but also on cobblestone, dirt paths and grass.
It will perform especially well on uneven sidewalks and on roads with a lot of irregularities as well as curbs.

For transport or travel, the Carbon Overland can easily be folded with just a small pull at the seat.

We know that weight matters – especially when it comes to exploring. With just 14.8 lbs the Carbon Overland is not only the toughest but also the lightest all-terrain rollator in the world.

Return policy
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. But should you for any reason be unhappy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to Prairie Velo within 15 days of receiving the product.
The condition of the product
It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a condition where they can be resold without any depreciation of value. This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remain unstained, the wheels wiped clean from dirt and show no signs of wear.
In case of depreciation of value the amount of the depreciation will be deducted in the refunded amount.
Packaging
The product has to be returned in the original packaging.
If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product always has to be returned in a proper packaging.
Warranty
We offer *infinite warranty* on the rollator frame. Infinite warranty applies to the frame only. Infinite is defined as the lifetime of the original owner as long as the rollator is still in their possession.
The frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
For the other rollator parts, standard one-year warranty terms apply. Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance neglect, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
