We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. But should you for any reason be unhappy with the goods you have purchased you may return them to Prairie Velo within 15 days of receiving the product. We provide a return label but you are responsible for the shipping charges. Those will be deducted from your refund.
The condition of the product
It is your responsibility to take good care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a condition where they can be resold without any depreciation of value. This means that the rollator must show no signs of scratches or other marks from usage, the seat remains unstained, the wheels wiped clean from dirt and show no signs of wear.
In case of depreciation of value the amount of the depreciation will be deducted in the refunded amount.
Packaging
The product must be returned in the original packaging.
Warranty
The frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.
For the other rollator parts, standard one-year warranty terms apply. Any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance neglect, etc. is not covered by the warranty.The general warranty period for the first owner is 12 months from the date of purchase.
Rollz gives a five-year guarantee from the date of purchase on material and construction errors of the frame during normal use and maintenance.
The warranty gives the right to repair, explicitly not to exchange or to take back a product.
